WAREHOUSE CLOSED: Summer Break
Our team will be taking a well-deserved break over the summer. Orders placed between 20th December 2024 and 5th January 2025 will be shipped on their return – Monday 6th January 2025.
Delivery charges
Delivery is free of charge for orders over $25. For orders under $25 there is a flat rate charge of $8.00. We aim to delight with every order, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.
We like to process orders as soon as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include your tracking details – you needn't follow your nose! Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
Click & Collect
If you would prefer to pickup your online order, you can Click & Collect from our Warehouse in Auckland between 12pm and 3.30pm, Monday - Friday.
1) Shop online at https://ashleyandco.co
2) Select ‘Click & Collect’ from 'Shipping Method' at checkout.
3) Receive an email notification when your order is ready to be collected.
Same day Click & Collect service is available on orders that are received by 12pm. Mon-Fri only.
When collecting your order from our Warehouse, you will need to show a copy of the order email confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product are accepted unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.
