Subscriptions
By purchasing the Subscription Service from Ashley & Co. You’ll receive regular deliveries of your choice of products based on the frequency you choose, from 4 to a maximum of 12 weekly increments. Your Subscription Service will continue for your selected subscription period until you cancel or adjust your subscription.
Autorenewal and recurring charges apply: By purchasing from our Subscription Service, you agree for Ashley & Co. to charge you the initial and recurring subscription fee without further authorisation. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges, and your subscription will continue until you cancel your subscription. We will notify you before each recurring charge. There is no minimum purchase obligation.
Making changes to your subscription: You can skip a subscription, make changes to or cancel your subscription at any time. Just access your account here, login and click “Manage Subscriptions” and follow the prompts. Or Contact Us and we can make these changes for you.

If you cancel before the next recurring payment is charged, your subscription will terminate automatically and Ashley & Co. will not charge your payment provider for any subsequent Subscription Service period. If you cancel while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your delivery), Ashley & Co. will continue to process your order and your subscription will terminate automatically after the last order is delivered.
To skip your subscription: You can skip a subscription delivery at any time. If you want to skip a delivery (for example, if you’re going on holiday or don’t require a delivery for whatever reason), access your account here, login and click “Manage Subscriptions” and follow the prompts. Or Contact Us and we can make these changes for you. As with cancelling your Subscription Service, if you skip a delivery before your next recurring payment is charged, Ashley & Co. will skip the next scheduled delivery for your subscription and your payment method will not be charged for this skipped delivery. If you skip a delivery while an order is in process (i.e., your payment has been charged but you have not yet received your shipment), Ashley & Co. will continue to process your order for that period and skip the following subscription period. After your skipped delivery, Ashley & Co. will automatically restart your subscription deliveries unless you cancel your subscription. Please note: skipping a shipment does not cancel your subscription.
Delivery fees: Shipping is free on all subscriptions.
You agree that we may terminate or suspend your subscription for any reason at any time in our sole discretion.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

All prices are shown in Dollars ($).All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any product are accepted unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

Ashley & Co® will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Ashley & Co® is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.
