We like to process orders as quickly as possible within standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details – you needn't follow your nose.

New Zealand Shipping Rates:
- Orders $75 and over: Free shipping
- Orders under $75: $12 flat rate
- Chatham Islands: $50 flat rate shipping

Please note delivery to rural addresses may take longer than standard delivery times. We are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
